The Clubhouse:
| The Clubhouse contains a kitchen, three rest rooms, showers, a storage room and a social room with a large
stone
fireplace. It is used for Lake Place activities, Board of Directors' meetings and is also available year-round to
residents for private parties.
Residents who wish to rent our Clubhouse should contact Gail Baldaserini at 203-207-0270. Please refer to our Handbook on the rules and regulations for use of the Clubhouse. |

Hours: 8 a.m. to dusk
Opens: approx.Memorial Day
Closes: approx. Labor Day
Cost: Residents and their guests -- no charge

The Tennis Courts:

There is one tennis court and one paddle tennis court available to all residents. The courts are used on a first come, first serve basis. Residents must wear proper shoes and supply their own racquets and balls.

The Beach:
The beach is located along the shoreline of Lake Kenosia just beyond the Club House. There is a walkway to the gazebo where you can take in beautiful scenery during all of the seasons. In the summer, there are often geese and swans that can be seen. It is also a great place to view spectacular sunsets and to enjoy a wonderful summer picnic.
